The knight who presides over the Hold of Summer. After Shellraiser's victory in the ritual melee, Ser Perrin declared him the victor and offered him a boon. Shellraiser requested an uncommon weapon, and Ser Perrin gifted him a boar hunting spear, promising to have it artistically finished by morning. He awarded prizes for the quintain tilt— Fenek, a pharaoh hound to Sir Oogam and a gorgeous mace to Andoa. He later officiated the joust between Marsh and the Gull Knight. He warned Marsh about knightly conduct after Marsh's dangerous lance strike, but wound up awarding him the Jousting Lance (Marsh's Boon), having it decorated with mementos of Marsh's victory.
