A figure in the Shadowfell who is the mother of Humperdinck. She has been pressuring him to return for over a century, and now employs enforcers called 'bag men' to retrieve him. The party must deliver Humperdinck to her as part of Heliana's quest, but they also hope to convince her to let him leave again through flattery and promises.
