• Account Information: Your Discord account details and any other information you provide during sign-up through Discord OAuth.
• Campaign Data: Information you provide about your campaigns, players, and character names to improve chronicle generation.
• Audio Data: Session audio captured when you use the /summon command. When recording storage is disabled, audio files are deleted from our servers after processing is complete. Transcriptions are always retained to enable reprocessing when new features are released.
• Usage Information: We may collect analytics data on how you interact with our service to help us improve it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Process your session recordings and generate narrative chronicles.
• Identify speakers in your sessions to attribute dialogue correctly in chronicles.
• Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support.
• Ensure the security of our service and prevent fraud.

Privacy Controls

Each campaign has two privacy toggles you control from your dashboard:

• Recording storage: When disabled, audio files are permanently deleted from our servers after processing completes.
• Transcription storage: Transcriptions are always retained on our servers. This allows us to reprocess your past sessions when new features are released — so your older campaigns benefit from improvements without needing to re-record. The toggle controls whether transcript files are accessible to you for download.

The full processing pipeline always runs regardless of these settings.

Data Security and Retention

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We do not sell your data. Generated chronicles and campaign data are retained for you to access. Audio and transcript files are retained or deleted based on your campaign privacy settings.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to provide core functionality. These services process your data only as necessary to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy policies:

• Discord: Authentication and voice channel access.
• Cloud infrastructure providers: Secure storage and processing of audio files and generated content.
• AI service providers: Transcription and narrative chronicle generation.
